General Procurement Notice for procurement of goods, works and related services and consultancy services for Basic Education Development Project phase V. The government of Burkina Faso has mobilized financing amounting to 21.80 million Euros or 14.3 billion CFA francs with a contribution from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) estimated at 17.39 million Euros in the form of a loan from ordinary resources and an installment sale. The funds are intended to finance the Basic Education Development Project phase V. The national counterpart is estimated at 4.41 million Euros. The Government intends to use part of this funding to make payments for the procurement of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required under this project. The project includes the following components: · (a) Improved access to formal basic education, · (b) Improving the quality of formal basic education, · (c) Strengthening the capacities of MENAPLN, · (d) Support for project management, · (e) Audit and Associated Services and · (f) Interventions in response to Emergencies. Procurements financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (current edition) and are open to all eligible bidders, as defined in these Guidelines. Procurement of consulting services will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (current edition). Specifically, acquisitions will be made according to the following terms: 1.
